Get Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate from NADRA

Vaccination Certificate from NADRA can be obtained after receiving Covid-19 Vaccination.
See the procedure and other details below:

Procedure:
  • Certificate is issued at all NADRA Centres
  • It is issued after one-dose and two-doses
  • NADRA will take fee of Rs.100 and issue the Certificate
  • Certificate is also issued Online for Rs.100
Please Note:
  • NADRA issues print of Certificate on photocopy paper
  • It is must for each family member to go NADRA for Certificate
  • Do not go NADRA Office for Certificate because of public rush
  • It is better to get the Certificate “online” for Rs.100
  • Always keep Certificate in your WhatsApp to show any person
  • Get the print of Certificate from any photocopy’s shop

      For online vaccination certificate the NADRA’s link (nims.nadra.gov.pk/nims/certificate) is same for both Above-18 and Below-18 people. Open the link and fill the form of NIMS as per the following:-

      1) First Line : Shanakhti Card/ Afghan POR No.:-
      …Here, give your Registration No. (given in your B-Form)

      2) Second Line : Kiya aap CRC holder hain:-
      …Here, click the word “Ji Haan” (yes)

      In second line, when you will click the word “Ji haan” the third-line “Shanakhti Card ki Tareekh-e-Ijra” will disappear and you will not need to fill the third-line (CNIC’s Date of Issue).

      After completely filling the NIMS Form, you will find your Vaccination Certificate on computer’s screen and you can download it now.

  3. Kya under 18 walon ka b certificate same hai jese 18 years se ziada age walon ka hai ya under 18 children ka alag certificate hai?

      Under 18 walon kay certificate main thora sa farq hoga. CNIC Number ki bajae unka B-Form Registration Number hoga. Waysay koi ziada farq nahi hota.

  4. sir main ne vaccine lagwa li hai or online fees b pay ki shop waly ne muje sirf color print par hard cording kar ke card bna diya kiya ye card acceptable hai

      Aap ka plastic-coating wala card acceptable hay. Aksar aysa hota hay keh card pay alfaaz bohot baareek hotay hain aur reading main dushwari hoti hay. Aap shop walay say two (2) black & white prints nikalwa lain. Ek copy ghar pay rakhain aur ek copy pocket main rakh lain. Iskay ilawa yeh bhi kar saktay hain keh Vaccination Certificate ka photo ya image apnay WhatsApp main bhi rakh lain, woh bhi aap kay kaam aega.

      You are under 18 and cannot have a bank account. Therefore, you cannot pay online Rs.100 fee of NADRA. But, a person who has bank account, can pay online NADRA’s fee of Rs.100 and download your Vaccination / Immunization Certificate.

Aslamalikum sir main 09-09-2021 ko Corona-vac- Pfizer lagwai thi jab main ne nadra ki website per check kiya to wo corona vac – SinoVac show ho rahi hi meri ye pehli dose the holy faimly hospital k sath christian hospital hai waha se karwai thi main bht preshan ho jis ne ye corona vac Pfizer lagai thi usy main ne complain ki thi lekin abhi tak nadra ki vibsite per Pfizer show nai ho rahi kindly meri rehnumai ki jay thanks

      Aap nay 9-September, 2021 ko Pfizer Vaccine lagwai thi aur Christian Hospital waalon ko bhi complain kar di hay. Aap bilkul pareshan na hon. Abhi sirf three days huay hain. NADRA pay kaam ka bohot load hay aur update honay main time lag jata hay. Aapki vaccine ki second dose main kaafi din hain. One week intizar kar lain, NADRA waalay record theek kar daingay. Phir bhi na ho tau apna vaccine card lay ker dobara Christian Hospital tashreef lay jaen, woh correct zaroor karwa daingay. Ho sakta hay iss doraan NADRA hi SinoVac ki jagah Pfizer ki correction kar day.

      You have completed two doses of Covid-19. If you have not taken Vaccination/Immunization Certificate from NADRA, please go to NADRA Centre with slips/card of Vaccination Certificate. NADRA will issue the certificate for Rs.100/- only.

    1. Dear Mr.Sabir Khan,

      You have filled wrong e-mail address. It is not any problem. Please go to NADRA Centre with your original CNIC and original Receipt of Vaccination Centre. Pay the fee of Rs.100 and NADRA will issue your “Vaccination Certificate” within one hour.

        Sir i wanted to get my wife covid certificate from NADRA online. I did all process and also paid Rs.100 but in last i got a message that your certificate is not available try latet. I have the payment receipt also and when i tried again i got the message that your certificate has been issued already. So what should i do now sir please guide me

          W.Salam …. Sometimes, the computer data does not reflect properly due to any software problems. You have already paid online the Certificate’s fee Rs.100. Now, please visit the Centre where your wife got vaccination. Show them your payment receipt and tell them the situation. They will confirm your data in their computer and will issue the Covid Certificate, InshaAllah.
