1. On my original CNIC permanent and present address are of chakwal,But i am currently working in Rawalpindi.Can i apply for new passport (first time) from Rawalpindi or do i have to apply from chakwal?

      Passport Offices are now going to maximum online procedures. There was some progress in previous days. You are, therefore, advised to contact passport office in Rawalpindi. There are strong chances that they will issue passport to you even if you are in Rawalpindi.

   Meri mother ki place of birth by mistake ghalat hai nadra mai kia yeh correct hosakti hai aor kitna waqt Lagey ga?

      W.Salam …. Aap mother ko inkay original CNIC kay saath lay kar NADRA Centre tashreef lay jaen. Mother ka birth certificate aur jo bhi support karnay walay papers mojood hon woh lay jaen. NADRA walay “place of birth” zaroor theek kar daingay, InshaAllah. Ziada waqt nahi lagega balkeh taqreeban one month ka time lagega.

3. Dear Sir/Madam,

   With due respect am living in UAE and my wife went 3 times to the passport office every time they are giving new requirement which is not necessary as per required documents.

   We have:-
   1. Original Challan copy.
   2. B-Form original and copies.
   3. Parents ID cars copies and originals.
   now they are asking bring FRC from NADRA which is not necessary as per roles and regulation.

   That behavior is totally not acceptable at any cost.
   First we went they ask us to bring B-form or FRC we provide them B-form now they are asking for FRC for what ?
   Why they are doing like that with the people?

      Sometimes, we face difficulties in making our passport or other documents. But, many times government staff have their own reasons/requirements. We think it is their last requirement of Family Registration Certificate (FRC). We suggest that you must not argue with them and make FRC. After this, we hope they will cooperate for making passport. In case they do not cooperate, please contact higher authorities of passports for solution of your genuine problem.

4. i am barkat ali mera id card gum gya hai mera passport ban jay ga original cnic ke bugair

      CNIC gum hojae tau FIR ki zaroorat nahi hoti. Aap Lahore main qareebi NADRA Centre tashreef lay jaen. NADRA Officer aap ka fresh photo aur data waghera lay kar aap ko raseed (receipt) jaari karega. Iss raseed pay di hui date pay aap ko fresh CNIC mil jaega.

      CNIC milnay say pehlay NADRA ki raseed dikha kar bhi passport kay liay apply kar saktay hain. Agar urgent fees day kar CNIC banwa lain tau aap ko CNIC jaldi mil jaega.

      CNIC FEES:-
      Normal Fee…….PKR 400 (delivery 30 days)
      Urgent Fee…….PKR 1150 (delivery 15 days)
      Executive Fee….PKR 2150 (delivery 07 days)

      Passport kay liay kisi advance/online token ki zaroorat nahi parti. Aap ki age agar 18 saal say kam hay tau original B-Form saath lay kar Passport Office jaen. Agar age 18 saal say ziada hay tau original CNIC saath lay jaen.

      Passport Office main National Bank ki branch hoti hay. Wahan pehlay aap window/counter say passport-fee ka challan-form lay kar isay fill karain aur fees pay kar dain. Iskay baad challan/fee ki raseed lay kar office/hall main tashreef lay jaen aur phir baaqi process complete honay main aap ka taqreeban one hour sarf hoga aur aap ko passport milnay ki date mil jaegi.

6. HI,I APPLIED FOR MY PASSPORT SINCE 3 DAYS ON URGENT BASIS BUT WHEN I SEND TEXT ON 9988 WITH MY TOCKEN NUMBER I HAVENOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY?

            Please contact Passport Office in Karachi with your original CNIC and also copies of parents’ CNICs. If any other document (Affidavit, etc.) will be required by Passport Office, they will tell you. After submitting necessary documents you can get passport.

7. I want to change my name on my passport because there is a difference in name between my passport and academic credentials. The name Misbah Mushtaq is on the passport and Hafiza Misbah Mushtaq is on other documents including ID card.

         For the change of your name, please go to the Passport Office with following documents:-
         1) Original CNIC & two-photocopies
         2) Original Passport & photocopy
         3) All the original Academic Credentials with photocopies
         4) If possible, take your original Birth Certificate & photocopy

         When you reach Passport Office, please don’t contact any Agent outside the Passport Office’s main gate. Pay the Passport Fee on National Bank’s window and attach its Receipt with your Passport Application Form.

         We think your case is reasonable and Passport Office may replace your name “Misbah Mushtaq” with the actual name “Hafiza Misbah Mushtaq” because this name is clearly mentioned in your CNIC and all the academic credentials.

         When you go to Passport Office, see the following:-
         . Reach Passport Office as early as possible, to avoid rush
         . For fingerprints, avoid mehendi / dust / oil on your fingers
         . Keep enough amount with change of money
         . Keep with you a pen to fill National Bank’s Challan/Receipt

8. If my husband is abroad then how can I make the passport of my daughter who is 4 years old?

      There is no problem if your husband is abroad and you want to get your 4 years old daughter’s passport. For children under age of 18, following documents are required:-
      .
      1) Original National Bank (NBP) Challan Receipt for Passport Fee
      (Take free blank Challan from NBP Br. inside Passport Office)
      2) Children Registration Cert-CRC (B-Form) with 2-copies
      3) Photocopies of Parents’ National Identity Cards (CNICs)
      (You can also go Passport Office alone.They will guide you)
      4) Foreign Passport and its copy (for Dual-Nationals only)
